I was staying 150 nights a year with Holiday Inn during my travels and because I have had so mush trouble with using my points the past 3 years i have already become a gold member with Marriott & Best Western! I wouldn't consider this for longer stay. I then called the hotel and Anthony answered and was never told it was a Spire member from IHG looking for a room. Whether it's a sports team or a corporate training, the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Victor has well appointed guest rooms with varying bed types, free Wi-Fi and complimentary full hot breakfast every morning.

Frustrated with IHGI hope this review wakes up IHG and they start to learn how to treat their spire members. We agree that we are a nice location when it comes to I-90, I-490, Eastview Mall, RIT, U of R, and Uber rides! Cable tv in room and in common area actually work (vs. other places I have stayed).WOW!
