Sisters | Rating: 2/4 | Everything else about it feels pretty standard.Although Marlon may not come close in quality and sophistication to, say, Modern Family, or even The Middle, it's modestly enjoyable and a smart move on NBC's part.As impressive as Wayans' skillset is, Marlon is too much Marlon.Ultimately, Marlon will appeal to Wayans' fans, but folks looking for a unique comedy won't find it here.It's silly and sweet and depends entirely on the appeal and the comedic chops of its star, which, thankfully, are considerable.For all of it's modern touches, Marlon is entertaining in the same way that some of my favorite sitcoms of the '90s were.
