Scheduling has been a nightmare. I had various issues to discuss, and because she did not have them all listed on my chart, she was short and curt.
The Polyclinic in Seattle, WA is physician-owned and run with some of the most respected physicians in the country where we put patients first. The doctors/management treat their staff poorly and undercut wages/benefits. The Polyclinic Plastic Surgery Center is one of the largest private plastic surgery groups on the West Coast, offering a complete range of male, female, and transgender cosmetic and reconstructive surgery services, as well as non-invasive cosmetic treatments. I've never "liked" my doctors before, but I really love the care I receive from Dr. Bailey. I was appalled by her behavior. I have been to North Sound Dermatology for several visits: I saw Amaris for botox and Michelle for acne extractions. Go figure. 37 reviews. She is someone who has truly answered her calling, and it shows with every single appointment.I'm a big fan of this facility.
Worst of all, she touched the floor with her gloved hands and did some internal examinations without changing her gloves, although she did not admit to it.

The arrogance, inability to listen, coupled with the outrageous billing practices make Dr. Ulrik Wallin and the PoliyClinic a hard pass! Her nurse, Tiana, is also very nice. Then they'll cancel and reschedule your appointment any time without any explanation. I was horrified by the rudeness, dismissiveness and ineptness of this provider, Takako Shiratori, at the PolyClinic. Shame on you, Dr Hathaway!I updated my review below to correct the spelling of the employees name, after speaking with a few other friends whose parents/in-laws also visit this clinic and have had some similar issues, the employees name is TAYLOR NYSTROM.My mother in law has been seeing Dr.Bailey for quite sometime and absolutely loves her, which is the SOLE reason we continue to bring her there.
Horrible experience, at first she denied the experience and was unapologetic. Recently I received a rebilling for the entire amount. They spent a very long time with me discussing the issues. Wow, Dr. Tanya Hathaway appears to be practicing "doctor-centered" medicine at Polyclinic Northgate. This doctor owned clinic only care$ about its profit$ at the expen$e of its employee$ and clientele. I could forgive their long waits, poor reception area, and outdated technology. You are worth So Much More and should, at the very least, be treated as a human.I came to this doctor based on a recommendation due to a severe reoccurring problem with bleeding and other concerns. My appointment was reschedule twice in a row and I've only seen them twice.
My favorite part was calling her earlier in the day and there was a young woman who knew my friend and said, "Well, I think she…""The only reason that I'm not giving this place 5 stars is due to the wait times. My 17 year old daughter went to see her, as a new patient, for treatment of some minor acne and a rash on her calf. But after she left, my experience went downhill quickly.I am very disappointed with billing department at the Polyclinic. I assumed that it was an error and called the billing department immediately after I received the bill. I am being over charged because I have insurance, but the visit isn't covered.
If you are Disabled, NEVER set foot in this clinic. I explained my issues and he did a very basic standard exam. Had to call and speak to the office manager. I'm usually in and out within 30 minutes.

I was making regular payments for a service provided with my last $200.00 + payment made May 19th 2018. My dermatologist left the polyclinic and when I called about the symptoms of a drug he prescribed me, they refused to even talk to me until I made another appointment, took time off work, and paid my insurance's copay.Went to get a flu shot but they refused. She is obviously blatantly ignorant when it comes to Disabilities, but the worst part was she was not even interested in learning about it -- which happens to be her job. The billed before insurance cost of this type of initial visit and brief exam usually varies between $250 - $450. We had to cancel our trip and returned home immediately for surgery.
