Their customer service was excellent - we particularly enjoyed Ryan who was friendly, very informative and enthusiastic; and liked his emphasis on gun safety no matter the person's prior experience! We told them it was our first time and we didn't know. I looked up different gun ranges in the area & found this place from where I need to be later in the day.First time shooting there, as it was recommended by my son, and I have been to several ranges. And of course safety in mind signed up for a basic introduction to hand gun class. Monthly club is worth it if you shoot on a regular basis.The older man with the glasses that works there is rude and his customer service SUCKS!!!!! !Not a bad place seems like it could get crowded though.

:-) Thanks guys!It was our first time coming today. They have 10 lanes that are very well kept and the target mechanism is well setup. After shooting one magazine with our steel bullets, one of the employee rudely interrupted our shooting and took our target and told us we're not suppose to use steel bullets in a indoor range and also told us that the target we put on had to be below the black line as if we knew the rules. The set up of shooting lanes had a good feel - it's too bad we could not shoot past approximately 13 yards. Think I'd rather stick to outdoor ranges.Wow, this place was awesome.
