Very happy to have opened the package and seen a flawless condition version of this movie! With Barrymore, Kristen Wiig and Juliette Lewis as other skaters, and Jimmy Fallon as the track announcer. This is a very impressive debut film for a director, and of course it's even more interesting because that director is Drew Barrymore (who also has a small supporting role in the film). Marcia Gay Harden (Mystic River, Pollock) plays Bliss’ disapproving mother, while Kristen Wiig (Saturday Night Live) and Juliette Lewis (Old School) play roller-derby stars. with feisty strong independent girls and women. The directorial debut of Drew Barrymore, stars Ellen Page (Juno) as Bliss, a rebellious Texas teen who throws in her small town beauty pageant crown for the rowdy world of roller derby. Now i am in love with roller derby and i love this movie. I couldn't be more happier!
