This website embed videos which are legally & The film stars Robert Hooks as "Mr. T.", a hard-edged private detective who tends to take justice into his own hands. officially available by content providers. I disagree with another reviewer though in that the film looked like it had a good budget! With Jack Nicholson, Ellen Barkin, Harry Dean Stanton, Beverly D'Angelo.

Trouble man is a decent if somewhat unremarkable blaxplotation flick, i wouldn't lump this in with classics like Shaft or Coffy but for it's 95 min runtime it moves along with a good pace with fairly decent performances along the way.
