Thanks great customer service! Wascomat dryers. Poor communication and written instructions on where to leave items, which they're now attempting to collect extra fees for. This is definitely somewhere we could go back to. They are greedy and only want their money. Take pictures of absolutely everything the minute you get there. A simple little email was all they were willing to do for us.

But when you book a place 6 months in advance, take time off of work and spend THOUSANDS of dollars there should be something else in place for issues that are their problem. Oh and the kicker... they were staring at my 13 year old daughter while she laid at the pool until I yelled at them, now she won't go back to the pool. The president does not want anyone traveling! Just to have a company like this ruin it. Come for a week, a month, or for the whole winter! So we had a piece of wood come into our pool area and had to avoid it. Emails dont get replied. From the time we arrived at the property we had ongoing issuesUse any other realtor you can find but this company. If the property is resold you would then be entitled up to 80% of your money back. Definitely a safety hazard for children. Since it was late, we didn't call the management company.
