Gumshara's garlic tonkotsu gets a good rap but I like their tonkotsu more.Their seasonal special ramens have all been excellent. For me, it's Ikkyu/Gumshara top (depending on what you feel like - straight tonkotsu at Gumshara and paitan at Ikkyu) with O-San and Zundo next.O-San wasn't open at that time, or Yasaka, which I don't rate highly but is decent.
