APRIL 6, 2020 South Park Octopus carpaccio special and insalata di mare is delicious.

The crust was amazing! To top it off the chef gave us complimentary vegan panna cotta that was incredible. The food, the staff, the vibe... all things that you want in your favorite neighborhood restaurant. I love the gluten free Neapolitan pizza.

I found out they commence taking phone orders at 11am so we put an order in for a Pepperoni Pizza, Penne Buona Forchetta pasta dish & some Panna Cotta to pick up at 5.30pm. We enjoyed our visit tonight very much. House made specialty pastas, seafood, meat and house made desserts.I've been here many times so I'm surprised I haven't left a review.

If you are looking for a great Italian spot in South Park you are at the right place.This place is one of my go to spots for date night or dinner with friends. 1,1 mil Me gusta. They also have a wide array of beers and wine along with wine bars and breweries around the corner for those 2 hour waits!This place is just absolutely amazing. !When this place opened I had made a mental note to come check it out. Valentina was our server for the second time now and she is amazing. What happened is the food quality goes down the hill and OMG the portion got very small....I can't believe I've lived in San Diego for 9 years and just discovered this place! It was chewy but had a crunch once you bite into it. We decided to recently return to see if things were as good as we originally remembered.Buona Forchetta is one of my favorite Italian restaurants in San Diego, and it's not even in Little Italy!! A great family-friendly, neighborhood restaurant! The service was also outstanding and our waitress was really friendly.
