I love that they have come full circle with LOL2 and shown that even after 30 years, ABC can still teach these young guns a thing or two. I love the original Lexican, it has stood up as one of the outstanding pop releases of the whole of the 1980s, and it was released right at the start of the decade. Difficult to follow The Lexicon of love with a sequel and this album almost does it. It's definitely one of my favourite albums of 2016. It's an album that makes me feel happy listening to it. If you liked Lexican the first time round then you should love this, I know that I do. Taken quite a few listens but there are some great tracks on this CD.
