This is a facitlity that should be standard, as is access to the pool, in any 3+ star hotel anywhere in the world. The concierge is first class and very helpful booking you shows and making restaurant reservations. I'm glad this never happened to me as we like most guests used the safe thinking our money would be safe!!! In the mean time they bring me a fan that does not even work.

It includes usage of the fitness center, internet access in your room, printing of your boarding passes and I know there are other things I'm forgetting in that. Shame on them. My approach is to add the resort fee to the regular room rate to get a total cost per night that I use to compare and make my hotel selection.I don t get whats the big deal over $20 resort feesI love the resort fees, they should charge more. Vegas is great but you have to take lots of money to enjoy it because it is pricey.

I don't use the fitness centre, nor internet, nor the phone, nor the boarding pass.However, I would have no objection that if you don't take up the option for the resort fee that they sting you severely for using the facilities providing they make that clear on booking. The beds were very comfortable.

7 of us went but only 6 of us got a free breakfast which was annoying as the breakfast is expensive although there is lots to choose from. I did tell this to a member of staff when checking out but she wasn't interested. What exactly is that and what does it cover.
